Answer: about the topic The objective of the study is to highlight the key factors, which will focus on the effectiveness of the employee relationship in the selected country China. The assignment will focus on seven major question, which will address different kinds of challenges, as well as arguments, which the government of the China faces towards building strong employment relationship in the country. The role of the employee relation contributes as one of the most significant impacts in the countries employment system. China is one of the diversely populated countries across the world with a population of 1.3 billion. The role of the government considered as one of the most significant part towards contributing a positive employment opportunity in the country (Li Freeman, 2015). Some of the key questions, which are identified in the study, are the law, which governs the employee relation in the country, effectiveness of the government, strengths and weakness of the policies and about the evidence and arguments of the law. In order to evaluate all the factors, this particular question is asked in the assignment. what are the laws that governs the employment relation in China? The role of China contributes a significant part in the era of globalization. With a population around 1.36 billion, China is the worlds largest and most populous country across the world. Based on the latest statistical report, China has become the largest economy across the world in the year 2014. The law and the contract law in China provide different fundamentals of obligation and various rights of the employers and the employees in the relationship of employment in china (Chang Brown, 2013). There are several sections of the employment law in China. The role of article 17 of the employment law in china contributes as one of the most crucial parts in the overall proceedings of the Chinese economy. The role of the labor market contributes as one of the most crucial parts in China. Due to the easily availability of the labor at a very reasonable rate majorities of the multinational companies makes direct investment in China.
